They are the worst drivers!
I’ve never seen so many people in such a hurry to get up to the next red light.
And if you try to merge into the lane next to you, they’ll speed up to prevent it, and then blare their horn at you.
If there is traffic moving along at a nice pace on the !4 at a steady 65mph some moron will come zooming up from behind at 90mph weaving in and out of traffic to go past everyone.
I like to get into the empty lane next to me and block them. They don’t like it.
I’ve almost been in more physical fights in the last year than I have the rest of my previous 64 years combined. Most of them from traffic.
Like in my old state of Maryland, we do have the speeders. However, the seeming hallmark of Florida drivers is to pull out into the road seconds before you get to the intersection. They’re great for pulling out in front of other people.
Neither agreeing, nor disagreeing with you, but over the last year, I've noticed an alarming increase in both uncivil driving, jay-walking and general jack-ass-ery.
I chalk it up to a breakdown in civil society brought on by COVID. I'm just saying it could be happening in any metropolitan area.

I know that I would be pretty annoyed with a self-appointed arrogant old bugger blocking my progress.
How do you know that there isn't a reasonable, legitimate reason for others to be travelling faster than YOU, oh mighty one, deem correct?
