Seems to Srednik FetterLurch (even before his tragic stroke!) in his post-stroke (because he refers to it) “family oriented” (his family, not yours) ad seems to be electronically enhanced and edited because he is more eloquent than before, speaks more quickly and more easily, and actually sounds more personable.
Better speech through technology?
I have the greatest empathy for any stroke sufferer but my empathy does not qualify him to represent PA in the Senate.
