I really appreciate your post, Conservative.
I believe that women who refuse the role for which God designed them are guaranteed to be “off.” We were created to be the husband’s “helpmeet” and to give birth and nurture children, and take care of our families and home. We crave it when it’s absent and so have animals to baby or other ways to give love and care. It’s the way God designed us, and to deny that would make one dysfunctional, in my ever so humble opinion.
“helpmeet” .. In my 80+ years I’ve never heard that word.
Looked it up and it has a long history.
