So if I’m voting at say a church I’m supposed to know what wi-fi is supposed to be broadcasting am I..?? Could be the church, could be a local house. I doubt anyone is gonna follow this suggestion concerning networks...and if they do I’ll bet they are clueless as to what network is live, which is unsecured, etc. He** most people have trouble logging into their computer half the time and you think the avg voter is gonna be technically savvy do you dick..??
This is just another case of crying wolf in my opinion.
All that said, it will only take 1 o 2 instances of an anomalous signal at a location to raise flags.
