Why are voting machines networked anyway???
why cant you have a machine that just counts ballots like a a bank machine counts bills ..that way they could check each machine for accuracy with the actual paper ballots they produce....

After all....the banks dont just throw all the bills together without some small hand counts to make sure they are right..
