In 2020, the major cheating took place in certain urban precincts which are 100% Democrat controlled. By directing millions of fake ballots to those targeted precincts, they were able to steal statewide races - like senate seats, governorships, and of course the Presidential electoral college delegates.
But this strategy did NOT allow them to steal any House seats they wouldn’t have won anyway.
The same will happen in 2022. The red wave will be add 30+ new Republicans into the House, and all the cheating in the world won’t be able to stop it.
Where their cheating will succeed is statewide races - Senate seats and Governorships. Oz, Mastriano, Lake, Walker.. they will likely have their races stolen unless they can somehow stop it.
That is my read as well—the only blatantly stolen house seat in 2020 was the CIA lady in VA who practiced her whoring trade after midnight.
The House looks very very good.
The Senate-anything is possible.
