If an adult wants to have his/her body sexually mutilated, I guess they have the right to do it. Their insurance ought not to pay for it, but if you can get other cosmetic surgeries I guess you can cut off whatever you got. Sexual mutilation of children ought to be illegal and bring stiff sentences in prison.
