Hope she is lawyered up to sue the cops and locality for the physical abuse and hospital time...
This charge being processed, under these horrendous circumstances, seems to be just a threat to keep her from suing the cops, IMHO...
Getting smashed by a train should get you a “Get out of Jail” card unless it is very serious like murder.
