Well, I wouldn’t have launched into F-bombs, but that would have been the end of the engagement for me.
I would not risk my wife running off to California to kill my child.
My cousin was in her early thirties when she had her first pregnancy. Her doctor did an amniocentesis and the results came back positive for Down’s Syndrome, but my cousin decided to have the baby. The baby was born prematurely, but without Down’s Syndrome, and today he is a healthy young man in college.
I love those kids. Had the privilege of working as PR person for an organization in LA that served Downs’ kids and their parents (many were wealthy), taught them how to function well in society, gave them art lessons, etc. That was decades ago and the Special Olympics is still the major charity I contribute to—as recently as today.
Downs kids are very loving and lovable. I think they are important.
Leftist think everyone should be like them and just cant bear to see people who cant.
