Get used to a CPAP and quit whining.
I wake up with headaches from grinding my teeth but, the snoring thing has to be solved.
I don’t know why I breathe with my mouth open now.
I had always slept with my mouth closed because I was scared a spider would fall into it.
No thank you after waking up multiple times ripping off my mask because I was overwhelming by the feeling that I was being suffocated (took me forever to go back to sleep afterwards!) I gave it UP! I figured soon or later waking up like that would kill me loog before the Sleep Apnea did.
And without my CPAP I wake up with completely clogged sinuses and spent the first 30 minutes of my day blowing snot out of my nose.
