The FIBs avoid Congressional oversight by hiding behind the theory of improperly disclosing “means and methods” of their investigations. What this likely means us that their “means and methods” are unlawful and don’t want to reveal their own corruption. Either way, the FIBs are above reproach and are immune from Congressional oversight in the ame spirit of Corney’s book about “Higher Authority”. THEY think they are the higher power.
