There is no way on Gods green earth the DS is going to let that guy roam around free other than to avoid feeding the now cliche failure of cameras to record his death by some bizarrely improbable chain of events.
I’d be shocked if he survives election week, plenty of chaos and “newsworthy” events to cover disposing of a loose end like that guy.
