That may be the "big kahuna" of oddities re recent events. Doesn't seem at all likely that the Governors of those particular states gave the deploy order. If not the Governors, there's only a very limited number of other possibilities. And personally, I don't think Buy-Dung has much interest in protecting election integrity, so I'm not including him on the list
But the NG deployment, coupled with the new 7-month TFR around Mar-a-Lago and those "I promise you" / "very very soon" references from Pres. Trump's rally and other recent speeches, make a circumstantial case of compelling interest.
