But deployed by whom. That’s what I can’t figure out.

Whatever wanderings/headlines into my inbox/email have come my way, I can’t find who deployed the NG. Very, very odd. And interesting, considering all the other stuff going on including the no fly zone over MAL starting 0ct.31, Trump’s very broad hints about “very very soon”, new Q drop, recent Monkeywerx youtube about mil flights and taking mil to various cities. And probably more. Like very old Q drops.

It’s my understanding that the National Guard is usually under the control of the individual States. They can be federalized in emergencies, but my further understanding is that they then come under the control of the Commander-in-Chief, who may not be Biden. The waters get muddied when people writing about this subject assume that the President and the Commander-in-Chief are always the same person. I think in the past, they always have been.

We may be living in a time when the President and the CIC are not the same person, so internet references don’t contemplate this situation. If we believe that the US is occupied by an enemy combatant (Biden and friends) and the Law of War procedures have been invoked, then President Trump remains the CIC and should control a federalized National Guard.

There may also be a middle ground, where blue state governors may respond to an illegitimate request from Biden to activate the troops in those states. Whatever the situation is, it’s novel and there are few credible sources on the internet.
