RE: Y.A. Tittle football card.
He looks like Vladimir Putin...
I’ll be set up before 0300 - I just did a couple of test setups with the tripod and tracking mount to make sure I could find Polaris (the North Star), align the mount, and get the camera set up and running. A couple of long exposures, then training on the moon to check for tracking accuracy, proved that it is working adequately for the purpose.
For the actual eclipse, I have to set up around 100 feet from the house so that I have a clear view of the south to WNW sky, because at full eclipse, the moon will be very low on the horizon.
Hoping that the skies stay clear so that the moon can show clearly the start of the great red wave.
Sky event indeed!
I cannot WAIT to vote tomorrow morning!

Getting alot of “server is down”on the ts. Antique e else seeingng that? Not that unexpected
Why did the National Guard activate cybersecurity teams?
Who gave the order to ‘activate’ the cybersecurity teams?
Why?
To protect the elections?
To claim the midterms are ‘safe’?
Safe from what?
Setting the stage?
Hmm, sounds to me as if bad guys ordered the NG to claim the results are safe; which makes me think there’ll be a lot of steal, what do you think?

Real.
Q is back because Trump is back (well, almost officially).
Q is a creature of Trump, not the other way around. That's the way I have always seen it.
I do think that when DJT gets back in office, the disclosures are going to start rolling out much, much faster than in his first administration.
In his second term, the gloves are off.
Good job!
ransomnote, I was thinking about you today. I remember a friend of mine telling me a phrase they have in Germany: “A good anvil doesn’t fear the hammer”.
Thanks for getting us into shape. You’ve helped make us tough enough for this.
That HA missile event was a weird Situation!
As traditional Americans heard next to nothing of it, in the old Cronkite TV fashion. Honestly, I never figured it out. It was so hard to not hear of an assassination attempt, or was it? The story just went away. I’m such a skeptic on one hand and pour a half glass of that in and I call Empty. đââïž
