Way way back in the 70s when the light beer commercials were flowing for the “more taste, less filling” (or something like that) there was an awesome commercial featuring Boog Powell and an umpire. Boog Powell was the 1st baseman for the Orioles and a huge man. Boog and the umpire were in a restaurant drinking Miller light, and the umpire kept mistaking a ketchup bottle for his beer. That commercial still tickles me to this day. And it didn’t make anyone cry like it apparently would today.

It is one of my favorite American commercials ever. And I had hair just like Boog back then. And the catch phrase was “Tastes great, less filling.”
