Most judges would immediately put the attorney in jail for contempt and the state bar would likely suspend or disbar.

I’ve never flipped off a judge in the courtroom (maybe mentally...lol) but fortunately I get to practice in front of mostly really decent judges at all levels.
Agree. I have never heard of this type of behavior being allowed.
