It sounds like you hit just right so you didn’t do damage. Good job! Although it’s awful when both of your hands hurt. Do you have some lovely bubble bath that you can soak in? With some Epson salt?
I do have Epson salts but I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to get out of the tub with my knees. I hope I didn’t do any real damage on my teeth. They don’t hurt unless I try to bite down on something not soft.
