I had one grand mal seizure thirty years ago. If you have one, you NEVER want a second one. My back is still messed up from it.
Now just auras, so far. On medicine to stop them.
He had 3 when he was a teenager. He had the auras and metallic taste in his mouth prior too.
He went on a ketogenic diet a few years ago and it has enabled him to cut down to the lowest dose of seizure med. He hasn’t had a seizure in 5 years now. He cheats on the diet often, and immediately feels it in his head.
