Funny chemical engineering story: a guy was night shift operator in a batch mixing plant.

His batch quality marks were always stellar. The upper level couldn’t figure out why until he told them he’d wiz in the reactor vessel once nightly as the bathroom was too far.

They started adding a trace of urea to the batches.

Years ago, I got a survey in the mail from Barilla. I filled it out and mailed it back. A few weeks later, as a thank you for filling out the survey, I received a year’s worth of free pasta and sauce. Basically it was a free box of pasta and jar of sauce each month for a year. I thought that was some excellent customer service. Now it’s the only brand I’ll buy.

I can absolutely relate to this story. I recently discovered that Moon Pies are not made on the Moon. I feel betrayed.
