Finally got around to reading #35. Thank you for posting.
I’m not a Putin fan by any stretch, (I don’t care for the guy) but that was rather interesting. And, I might add, more philosophical than I would have expected.
If nothing else, it makes Daily Mail’s description of it look ridiculous.

Some say Putin can have a charismatic leadership style built on strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and maybe even a little bit of charm to help them get the most out of people. And, if that doesn’t work, the old KGB thug just takes his opponents out.
