When my ears rang temporarily after really loud noises as a kid, I just thought it was normal. Nobody ever told me it would become permanent. I'm surprised my ears don't bleed. Me too!......................

I know it’s an cliche, but mine complains all the time that I need to get my hearing checked. For years I got regular checkups from my employer and my hearing is always just fine.
I have just developed an uncanny ability to tune out to anybody thats speaking from raising our 2 CAF kids. If you had to listen to their crazy 24/7 it would drive you nuts.
On the flip side I have acute office hearing so much so that I can tune in to office conversations several desks away or through walls as I walk by. It has helped me stay ahead of daily office BS.
