The two Chicagoans who died after testing positive for monkeypox had multiple other health conditions, including weakened immune systems..

Therein lies the truth, that the deceased were likely "alternate lifestyle" men with compromised immune systems. AIDS, Hepatitis C,
and other STDs had probably rendered the young males susceptible to the next assault, in this case monkeypox.

In the end, although ill, they just would not curtail their proclivity for multiple male sex partners. (Or, so I've been told.)

Yeah, we all know what “compromised immune systems” almost always means. It goes along with compromised morality.
