Fentanyl is a terrible drug. You become addicted rapidly. You rapidly develop a tolerance and in large doses the drug sequesters in the lungs and then leeches out causing repository depressions hours after the original ingestion. Fentanyl is very potent and if the drug is not properly dosed you can end up dead very quickly.
But it’s nonetheless very profitable and easy to ship into our country and on our streets. As for deaths - dealers know there’s always more standing in line and also those willing to distribute...so no loss to them.

Given the worldwide SARS CoV2 mortality rate over 34 months of 0.083 percent in the entire population, as well as the continuation of the EUAs because the mRNA injections remain experimental and clinical trials not yet concluded, that dangerous drugs are being deemed "needed" and yet in other circumstances are blamed for overdose deaths during recreational use presents a most checkered picture. In thing leaps out of the stats, and that is that here in the US we are four times worse than many third world countries in mortality, and "recreational" and "protocol" fentanyl useage seems so foolish.
Fentanyl Is actually an effective sedative used every day in hospitals across the country to lightly put people under for surgeries that don’t require going deep under.
Of course it’s used while being monitored by trained anesthesiologists.
