It’s all a yuge legal joke and I pretty much view Jones with prejudice, in general. Yep, both things can be true. This is a huge legal joke and Alex Jones isn't to be taken seriously.
The precedent this is setting, thanks to a thoroughly corrupt legal system is dangerous, to say the least.

You don’t have to like Jones to see the damage this case is going to do to free speech.
The entire point of free speech is to be able to make political points. If that is squelched by the imposition of impossible financial penalties, then there really is no free speech is there?
