"A running back with 5 years in the NFL? Sounds like a single season purchase. Maybe not even a single season purchase. McCaffery is indeed a great talent, but is often injured. The 49'ers really did not give up much and McCaffery will be a fan favorite in the Bay Area with his Stanford background.
