Astros - Phillies World Series. Should be interesting.
According to the stats that I use, the Astros are #3 in the MLB (regular season stats) and the Phillies #10. Astros should take ‘em but the way these payoffs have gone anything could happen. Phillies have a very slight edge in batting/runs scored but the Astros are much stronger in their pitching.
I hope John Smoltz does the commentary. He was fun to listen to in the Championship series - told you things you didn’t know and what to look for, not just filling air time with a lot of useless jabber.
A rematch of the 1980 NLCS teams. That was an epic series and the Phillies went on to win the World Series. Not this time though
