The owner of the bird is a poor judge of character. It takes a certain type of low life to be that careless with such an expensive bird. Unless someone is just giving a parrot away due to their proclivity for loud screaming, they cost a pretty penny. That pet may be better off being put down unless she is ready to pay all the vet bills.
Doesn't have to be a bird, could have been a dog or a cat.
All worthy of a severe beat down........
