Nuclear war can be trained for, but it really can’t be “won”. WW2’s devastation would be minuscule compared to even a “limited” nuclear war. It might be tens of decades before even the radiation fell to a non-lethal level.
Their “training for nuclear war” consists of leaving civilians outside as sitting ducks.
