The other vaccines are just as much, but either taxpayers are fitting the bill for insurance companies are forced to cover it with no copay.
Comirnaty should be an option though. It’s the only one that is approved. Some people might be willing to pay it. Saying that they have a vaccine that is approved but you can’t have it makes no sense. If something is fully tested and we can see the results of the test and the details of the studies, there’s no reason not to make it available.

Why would the government pay for non-approved vaccines but not cover the one that is? That really makes no sense.
