Is he trying to establish an insanity defense? Can the jury make that decision even if that is not his official plea?
He’s been declared “compos mentis” (of sound mind) 4 times pre-trial.
He’s trying to throw a mistrial with all his antics. Judge knows this.
I don’t believe so since he hasn’t pled insanity. All he’s doing is gumming up the works until the inevitable conclusion occurs. It’s a waste of time and resources.
