LIVE: WI v. Darrell Brooks - Waukesha Parade Trial Day 10
ooops the stream dropped... i’ll post new link to this thread when it’s back up
When Darall entered the courtroom singing
“I love a parade”, it was felt the judge
would surely hold him in contempt. Instead, it
was decided to allow the jury to do its thing,
find him not guilty and release him to search
for more clowns and floats.
the morning stream can be replayed for those who missed it till they are back in session
Well, looks like Dimwit Darrell might be smart enough to have been aware of that given his past criminal behavior. He may not be sentenced to death, but the fact that children were killed or maimed in his attack, may seal his fate while in prison. Time will tell.
court is back in session
well, the boi after careful clock management, succeeded in stopping the prosecution from winding up it’s case and forcing more money to be spent on the trial, and THAT, is his mission...
This creep has made a joke out of this trial. He is awful.
he constantly watches the clock and will shuffle papers for a few minutes and then ask some question out of left field before getting back on his silly SovCit hobbyhorse
but the judge will let it play out as she must
mommy judge knows his defense will be worth all the build up...
He said either Monday or Tuesday that he has a cold. Today, he was coughing more often. By the end of the day, he is sounding very stuffed up.
Prediction...
He’ll be too sick to come to court tomorrow.
This judge is more effective when she rules and doesn’t argue with him. Once she argues with him he never stops.
She had a moment earlier when she ordered him to the other room and then didn’t do it. That is what he wants. For her to back down
.
He reminds me of a bratty teenager so she needs to be consistent.
I know this sounds odd, but I wonder what his behavior would have been with a male judge in charge?
I was so glad at the end today the prosecution attorney remembered to ask about the hairs and their DNA. I kind of think she may have done that on purpose to keep the DNA results in the jury’s mind at closing. I also noticed he let it go without objection because he probably wanted to call scant attention to that fact that those hairs were his.
Would love to see him in criminal court with Judge Joe Brown.
good chance
yup, it drives him nutz she won’t contempt him
and today he tried to stare her down and that dint work either
but when he was asking questions for the PREVIOUS witness? priceless...
The problem is that he’s sick and he’s wearing that mask. I wore one of those for 35+ years working in high tech clean rooms. Once you catch a cold, it’s impossible to shake it. You keep breathing the same crap over and over.
Anyone watching this clown today?
