They could well be a number of things. 1) Time machines from the future, watching us. 2) Interdimensional ships from other Earths, 3) Space Alien from others worlds keeping tabs on us. 4) Advance ships from as yet unknown civilizations from the bottom of the sea or the Hollow Earth. 6) Advanced ships from secret projects from Area 51 or 7) Secret Russian or Chinese secret projects. 8) New forms of life? 9) secret Nazi machines from the South Pole or Nazis on the Moon? 10) Hallucinations? or all of the above?

Yeah...see....that doesnt make any sense to me to make all these public statements...with pilots names and dates and everything. Everything except pics/video. If their intention is to keep it a secret then do exactly that. Dont tell just 90% of the story. Something stinks.
This isn't the Pentagon's narrative.
The men and women who are telling this story are retired or separated from the military. There have been videos leaked from the military, but not officially...even though the Pentagon came along afterwards and acknowledge that, yes, the videos were real (see USS Nimitz UFO incident).
In 2017, the NY Times published an article declaring that, despite years of denial, the Pentagon had established a small, but specialized group to investigate UFOs. (See On the Trail of a Secret Pentagon U.F.O. Program, NY Times, Ralph Blumenthal, et al).
Congress has been holding hearings on this matter and is demanding that the Pentagon come clean. Even NASA has decided to get into the game. So have professors at Harvard, Stanford, UNC, and others.
As the former head of the Pentagon UFO unit and a former Deputy Assistant Sec. of Defense for Intelligence have both said, disclosure (i.e., that we are not alone, that there is another kind of more advanced life form here now) has already occurred. What is happening now is that we are all trying to fill in the blanks, trying to get the details of what we are dealing with.
It has been dubbed the "Phenomenon."
We have no idea what the hell it is...but it is here. And it wants us to know it's here.
