I'm with most FR'ers about hating the Dims forcing people to switch to EV's. I'd rather EV's be a free market thing. But let's please make our arguments with truth, not with lies like the Dims do.

If I were to use the EV supercharger nearest me in Alabama (which I don't for obvious reasons), the rate is 32¢/minute at the highest rate (opting to do no monthly subscription to get the lower rate). That'll get me 250 miles in 15 minutes: 15 X 32¢ = $4.80 to drive 250 miles.

I believe diesel costs $5/gallon near here, which is how much it costs to charge my EV to get 250 miles. How many miles will that one gallon of diesel get?
