Little confused. Did they fire her or did she quit.
I think it works out better if she forced them to fire her rather than quit.
You are right. She should have kept showing up for work, and letting it be known she was not going to,quit just beczuse someone was trying to force her to betray her faith. She would have been on much stronger grounds likely had she done that and they fired her claiming it was for ‘non compliance’ the trust is that she stayed true to her faith and they discriminated agaisnt her for it.
