I was six packed (hit in the face with a spike) in women’s college volleyball - whiplash lasted over a month…. Cannot imagine a 70 mph hit.
Well, women’s college players hit pretty hard, too, compared to the recreational guy, but college and pro men — look out! Hard to imagine being on the receiving end of their attacks or even jump serves.
