How are you finding out they are doing anything of the sort?

PayPal notified us.

And the even weirder thing, only certain companies were notified. Including 1 defunct, and the rest we can’t remember using PayPal for purchases.

The vast majority of the companies we’ve made purchases with, small businesses, weren’t notified.
