First I must make note that blubba Wallace came up the nutscar ladder using the nutscar Diversity Program to get up to the Cup level of nutscar and when he hit a roadblock of sorts. I personally think that is why noosegate happened. It was a way to climb that last 1/2 rung of the ladder. He came out of noosegate smelling like a rose. 23XI Racing Team was created by Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan as a Team to coddle blubba up that last 1/2 ladder rung. 23XI Racing Team has Leased/Purchased it’s Cars, Engines, Equipment, Crew, Physical Training and Playbook from Joe Gibbs Racing aka JGR.
