When candidates guarantee that they won’t sell my name, address, email, phone number, etc to other candidates, I’ll consider donating again. I’m inundated with spam email, mail and text messages. I’m about ready to move and change my email and cell number just to stop it, which as you know is a major pain in the a**.

Yeah, I signed up for an account at WinRed, but it permanently keeps my credit card information, so I cancelled the account.
I do make multiple candidate payments at the same occasion, and it remembers the rest of the stuff you entered, minus the credit card information.
I am prepared to cancel every email list I get assigned to, which becomes a lot when you donate to all the Toss Up races.
I fully support Trump but I'm never making another donation. If he shows up at my door however, I'm happy to write him a check and hand it to him in person.
You actually can successfully stop all of those. I have donated to over a hundred different campaigns using WinRed and Anedot and I can eliminate it, but it may take a couple attempts on some list removals.
You could consider a separate email for those types of activities, too.

Same here. Every time I get called from one of them asking for money I ask how they got my information. And tell them I’m not donating again until I can be sure they won’t share my information again.
