In March of this year my wife had a hip replacement.

No heavy duty blood thinners.

Here is what she received and the doseage.

Aspirin EC 81 Mg Tablet
Instructions:
Take 1 tablet by mouth 2 times a day. After 30 days, resume prior regimen.

After 30 days, she is back on her once a day, 1 Aspirin tab regimen.
