Valued at $53,595, the truck was highlighted on social media by a country club in Morrilton, Arkansas, in the days that led to the weekend tournament. “Hole-in-one on #10 gets you the keys to this F-150,” the country club said in a Oct. 7 Facebook post. “Thanks to Jay Hodge Ford of Morrilton!”
Except the country club and car dealership refuse to hand him over the keys. Clagett is now filing suit against both, with his attorney stating he was cheated out of his prize.

Anyone remember the TV show, “The Life of Riley”?
In one episode Riley and his neighbor decide to raffle off something, so they make their own raffle tickets.
Riley says “I’ll make out tickets one to 50, you make out the tickets 50 to 100”.
Number 50 wins and they have to award two prizes. What a revolting development this is.

We lived in Long Beach and many worked at local aircraft plants, my day was career Navy.

“The Life of Riley” gave Bill Bendix’s career a boost. He had played heavies in the movies for years, but the TV show gave him the opportunity to play someone nice.
