2. You teach Science
3. You teach English
4. You teach a foreign language
5. You teach American history, state history, world history
6. You teach physical fitness
7. You teach music
8. You teach critical thinking
There is no opinion, no indoctrination and no school board intervention on curriculum. The PTA is the sole arbiter. Any deviation is automatic dismissal from the job. Finally, every teacher gets an automatic 25% increase in salary to be used to fund their own insurance policies and retirement accounts. The district can match the contribution just like the private sector. Teachers performance will be used for raises, probation and release from position.
