I’ve actually encountered a Mountain lion in the wild. beautiful big cats.

The guy was in the cat’s territory and I’m very glad he didn’t kill it. The Cat likes Elk too, and it has every right to them.

I’ve encountered them in the Santa Cruz Mountains and Mt Madonna Park.

I pull my Kbar and march right at them.

They leave.

Guess they know better than to fight anyone with opposable thumbs...

What BS there is not a mountain lion alive today before man was in those woods.

So the lion was in mans territory.

There is no reason man kind should give way to wild animals.

When hunting in lion country one should have lion tag.

then just add one to the bag.

Idaho does allow lion hunting.
