exactly. When we hire, we obviously search social media posts. If you post “i hate trump” on FB, we aint’ gonna call you back. We rarely hire externally and mostly by word of mouth. We see a Vote Bernie at the back of your car, we’ll just tell the receptionist the interviews re-scheduled. F libs.
