I suspect probably so. I hired a company to trim the extremely tall and wide tree in my backyard once. Six illegal aliens showed up and climbed up like a bunch of monkeys without ropes or any type fall protection. I could only watch for few minutes before I had to go back inside the house because I didn’t want to watch one of them fall and his neck.
