Yep in Texas you deal with the Black, Brown and White
skin population if your election is statewide. JMO
From the beginning in Texas (1836) there were Tejanos and Anglos. Both at the Alamo and San Jacinto. (there were also a few black people) As today there are many families intermarried between Hispanic and Anglo families. In Texas and New Mexico, married across the US/MX border is very common. Allows to own property on both sides of border.
