What is being missed is the dangerous precedence this sets, imho.
A lot of us aren’t missing it at all. This is a warning to anyone interested in free speech. “We will make you pay for wrongthink”. This is all orchestrated to end debate in this country and lay the groundwork for our Democrat masters.
Yeah, the precedent is don’t default and the judge won’t rule against you on the issue of liability.
