But as wrong as it is, it did go to court, and it was awarded, And it does now set precedence.
We can say it is wrong from our armchairs until we are blue in the face, it isn’t going to make any difference and not change anything. They just threw the 1st in the toilet like it or not.

The crooked legal system is a farce.

The outcome was always going to be the same regardless of his absence. It was in Commie-neticut, and parents of murdered children were in the room. Alex couldn’t compete with that. No one can.
I think Alex made the right choice. I hope his appeals are successful.

That 1st Amendment was nice while it lasted.The 1st isn’t in play in this case. The government’s not involved.

I was in the jury pool a few years ago. They were calling potential jurors up one by one, asking them each a few questions.
When they called up on woman, an attorney jumped up and asked to approach the bench. The attorneys from both sides went to the judge’s bench and they discussed something. After the attorneys sat back down, the judge informed the rather attractive woman she was dismissed.
After she left the courtroom, the judge turned to the jury pool and asked, “Now are any more of you jurors sleeping with one of these lawyers?”
