It’s not people “that” do things. It’s people “who” do things. Correct usage: I have a friend who likes to kiss women. Incorrect usage: I have a friend that likes to kill rats. Correct usage: I have a refrigerator that makes ice cubes. Incorrect usage: I have a refrigerator who makes ice cubes. Taste the difference?
