mRNA Flu Shot Moves Forward As Pfizer Launches Late-Stage Trial, Builds On Covid Vaccine Success.
Pfizer said it had dosed the first participants in the Phase 3 clinical trial designed to test an mRNA-based influenza vaccine designed using the same technology used in its widely-used Covid-19 vaccine, which it developed with German firm BioNTech.
The trial, which is based in the U.S., will assess the safety and effectiveness of the shot and will recruit around 25,000 healthy adults.
The shot—known as a quadrivalent vaccine—is designed to protect against four different flu viruses and covers the strains the World Health Organization recommends vaccine makers target for the 2022-2023 flu season.

I'm with you. I called my local pharmacist who administers flu shots and asked, "Is this year's flu shot based on mRNA technology?" The answer I got was, "We don't know".
Needless to say, I won't be getting a flu shot unless I'm told definitively that the vaccine is made the old fashioned way - i.e., without mRNA technology.

They must mean that it was financially successful,
because the results elsewhere, especially regarding re-infection, don't indicate success !
I won't even start to get into the VAERS results of adverse reactions
It was successful in getting over a billion people to take an unproven vaccine, without proper long term trials.
I got an invitation to join the test but it said basically nothing about what was special about this vaccination. Just that it was more powerful.
I guessed immediately what it was.

That’s reasuring, cuz we know they would never be dishonest about their products.
But it worked so well on the ferrets....

I’m not against traditional flu shots. To each his own.
But mRNA flu shots? What’s next? mRNA vitamins? mRNA bread?
